• Convention reflow for optimal process control
• Solder type: aqueous and no-clean processes, both leaded and lead-free solders
• PCB size: minimum 50X50mm, maximum 460X350mm
• Component size: 01005 up to 55 x 55 x 25mm
• Smallest pitch: 8 mils
• Single/double sided

Auto/Thru Hole Insertion/Hand Assembly
